The Spotlight this week is on the Ministry Fair!
It's been a while since we had a Ministry Fair at OLL. Here's a look back at the one in 2018 so everyone can know what to expect on the weekend of March 15 and 16. But first, some important information.
They are held in the Fallon Center hall.
Parish ministries have tabletop displays.
Parishioners and visitors are welcomed at each display and encouraged to learn more about the ministry.
Most displays provide handouts and some offer mementos.
Refreshments will be served!
Visitors ARE NOT pressured to join or contribute!
We aim for a pleasurable experience for everyone!

The Ministry Fair will be held after the 5pm Saturday Mass, 9am Sunday Mass and 1130am Sunday Mass.
Coffee and Donuts were served by the members of the OLL School Home and School Association this week.
The Home and School Association (HASA) is a formal organization for the faculty and parents of Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic School. The HASA board is comprised of OLL parent volunteers, administrators and faculty.

Members of the Altar Guild Sanctuary committee were hard at work on Shrove Tuesday preparing the sanctuary for Lent. The dedicated womem in the Altar Guild give their time and talent caring for the sanctuary. In addition to decorating for Holy Days, the members of the Altar guild clean and prep the sanctuary for weekend Masses, launder and iron the altar linens and keep the sanctuary adorned with beautiful flowers. article by Janine Sedore

The Knights of Columbus held the first of three Lenten Fish Fries for the parish on Friday afternoon. There are some very good cooks there!
Knights of Columbus is a men’s Catholic fraternal service organization founded to provide charity, unity, fraternity, and patriotism. Knights actively support other parish ministries, especially through cooking and food service. For info contact: Reed Murphy, 919-923-0014, reedvm@gmail.com.

(below) The OLL School kindergarteners through second graders are completing a Meals on Wheels Lenten project. This kindergarten class made beautiful placemats with positive messages to help cheer up the homebound!
