YOUTH NEWS
(below) "Our 7th graders had their annual retreat on Veterans Day. They spent time reflecting on how happiness is found in love of God and neighbor. During their retreat, they had the privilege of hearing the stories of two veterans, Mr. Day and Mr. Blake, from their time serving our country. To "love the Lord, your God, with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind" and to "love your neighbor as yourself" aren't just abstract instructions from Jesus. They are the two greatest commandments that we live out in concrete ways every day."
